Membership Commitment
Wine Club Builder’s membership require a minimum purchase of one case (12 bottles) per calendar year to maintain membership benefits. Memberships are intended for those who plan to enjoy Neu Flessenow Cellars wines throughout the year.
Your wine club membership is continuous until cancelled. There is no fee to cancel. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the retail price of the wines (less club discount) plus shipping and any applicable taxes and fees during our semi-annual pick-up/ship dates. You can choose to have it shipped directly to your doorstep or pick it up at Neu Flessenow Cellars. Memberships may cancel at any time; however we cannot stop a pending shipment once the deadline has passed.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our visitors to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself will be held with care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Information collected on our website is used to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product and company news with you. This information will only be used by Neu Flessenow Cellars, and in limited cases by Neu Flessenow Cellars service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements and who share Neu Flessenow Cellars commitment to protecting your privacy and data.

Delivery Policies
Wine sold to you is sold in WA State and title passes to you, the buyer, in WA State. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
